Overview:
Installation of 42no. reinforced concrete bored piles
– Liaising with Geotechnical engineer and designers to re‐design piles encroaching on redundant mine shafts.
– Construction of car‐park slab and street furniture.
– Connection and augmentation of existing Gympie Council services.
– Protection of structurally sensitive stormwater tunnel constructed beneath Gympie in the 1800’s.
– Construction of new medical Centre building including, electrical, data & air‐conditioning.
– Liaising with adjoining Amcal chemist to ensure works did not impact normal business operation.
