About us

A legacy of technical rigour and regional commitment

Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Gympie, Offaly Civil Engineering has grown from a specialised utilities contractor into a multi-disciplined civil contractor servicing Southeast Queensland and the Wide Bay.

Our foundation was built on mastering technically challenging scopes—specifically complex  water and sewer infrastructure—in some of Australia’s most difficult ground conditions. Today, we apply that same precision to landfill construction, road infrastructure, and bulk earthworks for local government, mining, and Tier 1 clients.

Hands-on management,
site-to-boardroom

Offaly Civil is led by Directors Gareth Higgins and Ryan Thiselton, who provide active leadership across all projects. Their involvement ensures a consistent focus on quality, delivery and strong client relationships, with a collaborative approach to delivering successful project outcomes.
